![]() ![]() I apologize to anyone encountering this issue, but there is nothing I can do without more information. If anyone is encountering this problem and is tech-savvy enough to use a program like Dependency Walker to track down which DLL is missing, please let me know so I can try to get this resolved for everyone (note: open the file OpenJpegDotNet.dll in DependencyWalker rather than SLCacheViewer.exe). I cannot tell what is going wrong since I cannot get the problem to occur on any machines I have tested. If reinstalling doesn't work, then you may have a different issue. Make sure to choose the file that has "x86" in its name. Download a new copy of the C++ runtime from Microsoft using this link and install it.If you don't see it in the list, that means you don't have it.Look for "Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) - " and uninstall it. Uninstall the C++ runtime from your system by going to > (Add/Remove Programs in XP). One person reported that they were able to fix the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling their C++ runtime. ![]()
